GP Consult EOOD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 206945948), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your full name, email address, and message content. Optionally, you may provide your company name and phone number. We also collect session analytics data (page views, navigation paths, session duration) strictly with your prior consent. We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 9 GDPR.
Contact form data is processed to respond to your inquiry — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)). Session analytics are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie consent banner.
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are securely deleted. Analytics session data is retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
